Practical Skills.

Real Support.

Stronger Families.

Laura Anderson, Owner and Principal Consultant

I am an educator and parenting specialist with over a decade of experience working with youth, caregivers, and families across educational and community settings. I hold graduate degrees in communication and teaching, with a professional foundation in child development and family systems.

My work centers on strengthening caregiver capacity through clear structure, practical tools, and developmentally grounded insight. I support families navigating foster care, adoption, court involvement, and life transitions with steady guidance and actionable strategies.

I understand how systems impact families, and I work to make expectations, communication, and next steps clear and manageable. I believe caregivers deserve clear guidance, practical tools, and support that respects both the complexity of the system and the realities of daily life.

Callie LaRose, Early Childhood Specialist

I am a paraeducator in special education with Springfield Public Schools, spending my days alongside children and families who were navigating some of the hardest moments in their lives. That experience taught me a lot about what families actually need, and it wasn't just information. It was someone who would show up, stay steady, and help them figure out the next step.
I've been doing Parent Aide work for over four years now, and I bring that same approach to every home visit. I'm not here to evaluate you. I'm here to work with you.
I'm also a mom. I have a teenager and five-year-old twins, which means I understand exhaustion, chaos, and the way the best intentions can still fall short on a hard day. Parenting is real, and so is the support I'm here to offer.
If we're working together, you can expect me to be honest, consistent, and genuinely invested in where your family is headed.

Victoria Haselden, Parent Aide

I found this work because I wanted to do something that actually mattered. I'm a student at Missouri State University, studying Sports and Recreation Administration and music, and I also work as a substitute teacher with Springfield Public Schools. Somewhere in the middle of all of that, I discovered that what I care about most is people, specifically, families who are doing the hard work of building something better.
Every visit I do with a family adds to what I know. I've invested seriously in understanding trauma-informed practice, and I'm constantly learning more about child development, family dynamics, and what real support looks like in real homes. I don't take that lightly.
What I bring to this work is full attention and genuine investment. I'm not going through the motions. When I show up, I'm present, I'm prepared, and I care about what happens next for your family.
I believe families deserve someone who takes them seriously. That's what I'm here to do.
